Consider spending more if you really need it. However, this seller isn't very trustworthy. It might work for you, but if it doesn't (as I experienced twice), you'll lose your money since they won't respond at all.
When comparing options, you'll notice the difference between them helps explain why one targets the "pro" segment while another focuses on the "PRO" audience. The Home edition is aimed at everyday users, and what's missing from it isn't a deal-breaker for regular buyers—Kinguin is considered trustworthy, even if it isn't the top choice. For those willing to pay, alternative sources like Reddit can provide access. Note that in grey market scenarios, things aren't always consistent. (Edited September 3, 2018 by GoldenLag)
I never purchased a key online and who is kinguin? Can I get a key from Reddit? Why didn’t I find out about this before?
I have limited information on how to obtain a key through Reddit since I haven’t explored it. https://www.kinguin.net is a site that sells game and software keys, as well as Windows key distribution. Keep in mind this is the grey market—there’s a risk of receiving a faulty key. Note: these are OEM keys and will become invalid after you replace the motherboard.
Purchasing an OEM key and linking it to your Microsoft account allows it to be stored on your profile. This means if you switch devices later, your Windows activation should still work.
Original keys are linked to the motherboard and stop working when you replace it. A standard key stays functional after a swap, just need to ask Windows to move it (usually simple). For any key type, it will become inactive after a certain number of hardware changes (exact count unknown, but most users don’t run into this issue)
