MSDN licenses can be purchased from G2A, though this isn't fully legal and carries some risks. Authentic keys are available on eBay for around £25.

It varies based on the source you purchase from. I was informed it's an OEM key, but the resellers there seem to offer MSDN keys instead.

It seems uncertain to me. I've heard mixed reports—some keys function well while others expire quickly. It might be wise to invest a bit more for certainty.
