Hi, I hope some of you can assist me. My customer has a terminal setup with printing issues. The problem appears only when printing from Internet Explorer—printing goes to the server printer, queues the job, and then drops it instead of displaying it. No error messages appear. I tried reinstalling the driver but still don’t see a solution. Since I can print normally on other applications, it’s unclear how this affects the issue. Please help me out. Best regards, Hjalte Hansen

Turn off Internet access? I’m not sure how it’s configured, so I can’t assist much. Wouldn’t it be better to select the printer first before printing?

I'm sorry for not being specific. I selected the printer in IE, which uses print spooling, and then it gets removed. Turning off IE isn't an option.

The fix was a software upgrade for the driver. Even though other functions operated normally, it resolved the issue. The team isn't satisfied with updates for older users.
