Hi, I've struggled with the "your PC doesn't meet the requirements" message before. Upgrading my system today felt great, but I noticed it uses a lot of RAM and slows things down. Is that accurate?

I've upgraded many Windows 11 versions (around 30+) without noticing big changes in RAM or speed. Other tests show similar results. If you're considering it, I'd recommend going ahead.

Windows 11 has had time to settle in and ease some of the early challenges people faced. You probably won’t see a noticeable change in performance when switching from Windows 10 to 11. In certain situations, Windows 11 manages RAM more efficiently than Windows 10. Many of the older workstations we’ve upgraded from 10 to 11 have shown improved performance in everyday desktop tasks and smoother user interfaces. A slight improvement is likely, but you won’t miss it if you don’t pay close attention.

Between 10 and 11, I haven’t seen significant changes in resource consumption or stability, especially if you’ve turned off many custom settings. Generally, it’s around 10 or 11 based on my experience.
