Take part in the dark side ha, it's a smart choice to make it ready for direct upgrade from WIN 7. I'd rather skip Win 10, but let's check the testing results first. The article has some grammar issues... and the cover needs to be made from cardboard.

Microsoft is releasing a new version of Windows 10 practically every 6 months. The Windows 10 you have now is a long way removed from the initial release. There's no real reason to make a Windows 11 right now.

I recommend exploring this subject since it receives frequent attention from @GoodBytes with fresh details. As an Insider Program member, I occasionally check updates myself. No new Windows release has been announced yet.
