A few days ago I set up Windows 11 on my computer. After turning everything on and confirming all updates were applied, I realized my keyboard wasn’t connecting wirelessly. When I looked at the settings, I saw the Bluetooth toggle button was absent. I figured a newer Windows version needed updated drivers. I downloaded new ones from Asus, but nothing changed. I also tried Intel’s new Wi-Fi and Bluetooth cards, still no improvement. I restarted after each update and driver change. In Services.msc I restarted Bluetooth services and set automatic startup, but Device Manager didn’t list Bluetooth as a device. Checking drivers by type in the "drivers" section revealed all Bluetooth options. Windows 11’s built-in help feature doesn’t assist and just loops. Anyone have suggestions for next steps? My motherboard is an Asus Rog B550 F gaming Wi-Fi with an Intel AX200 chip?

Check the Event Viewer for any Bluetooth-related errors or warnings. Ensure you performed a clean installation or upgraded to Windows 11. After updates, run DISM and SFC commands just in case system files are affected.

I upgraded from Win10 Home, to Win11 Pro DISM /CheckHealth and /ScanHealth returned without any corruption detected. Event viewer however reports errors. At startup it spits out 3 errors at source "Netwtw10": "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver.", "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.", "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed." And a information event at the same source "7023 - secure boot debug logging Quasar."

Following DISM, execute sfc /scannow as well. DISM fixes files that SFC identifies for repair. Your Wi-Fi setup is working—are you experiencing any issues or are you using an Ethernet cable? You noted updating the driver, but haven’t received error messages from the previous Wi-Fi driver. Still, I’m not convinced it’s affecting Bluetooth. There are reports online about Asus B550 boards having Bluetooth problems, especially with static electricity. Have you reached out to Asus support?
