A straightforward response is no, but it's recommended to reinstall Windows 11 after upgrading via the internal upgrade method to fix any internal issues during the process. That means save all essential data, make a new bootable USB for Windows 11, leave other drives unconnected except the one you want to install, format the installation drive, set up Windows 11 offline, add necessary drivers in an elevated command while offline, and finally connect to the internet to update the OS.

I increased the memory capacity and switched to an SSD.
I upgraded from Windows 10.
There are no issues now.
Earlier, I faced a problem with automatic updates.
I had to contact Microsoft support. Everything worked fine.
