I've been attempting to install this update for three days straight and still face the same problems. When I download it, it proceeds but once installation starts it reaches 25 percent and then skips to 100 percent, marking it as failed. I've also tried running SFC and DISM without any issues. The Update Troubleshooter didn't help either. After a long struggle last month, this month I'm unable to install the 2022-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Home. It downloads and installs, but after restarting my PC it reports an error and reverts the update. I'm not sure what to do other than performing a full Windows reinstall, but I'm not planning that right now.

Unusual. I’m not confident with Win11 anymore, probably not for another year. It seems updates on Intel updates tend to be this way.

Event Viewer displays the current status and recent events. Running Windows update again will trigger a restart, which may resolve issues. CBS logs indicate errors in the second column of the last entries, highlighting problems that need attention.

I don't understand why it's not working. I've been stuck trying to fix it, and even installing from the Microsoft Update Catalog didn't succeed.
