You're trying to move from Windows 10 to Windows 11 but haven't found the install option in updates. Since you can't re-download files, consider manually downloading the latest Windows 11 version and following the installation steps.

You can select the upgrade path. It’s often wiser to start from scratch rather than upgrade. Pushing to newer Windows versions usually leads to issues.
