Use the Windows Media Creation utility to generate a bootable USB. Then install it on a pendrive and reinstall your Windows setup.

I already attempted that before, now I’m seeing the error 0x8007043C - 0x90018. Adjusting registries didn’t resolve it either.

The issue is a download failure. It's recommended to use another Windows computer for creating media. After acquiring the USB drive, you should be able to proceed.
