You're still having trouble enabling Secure Boot on your PC to upgrade to Windows 11. When you set UEFI in BIOS it restarts back into BIOS/UEFI without progress. It seems the process isn't working as expected. Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Your system details are noted: Ryzen 3600X, Strix B450F BIOS 4007, 16GB RAM, RTX 2060, Windows 10 Build 19044, using NVMe drives like Samsung 970 EVO and Adata SX8200PNP.

Ignored the suggestion but decided to share the solution. I needed to access BIOS and configure UEFI, then reinstalled Windows 10 using a bootable USB. Now I’m prepared to move up to Windows 11. It was helpful to clear out my C drive and start over.
