Yesterday I encountered a BSOD displaying the error code DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS. This occurred twice, each right after exiting a game I was playing. Both instances involved different games. I attempted diagnostics and fixes—removed and reinstalled graphics drivers, ran driver scans, and executed DISM and SFC checks via CMD. Everything seemed normal at the time. I’m attaching the BlueScreenViewer results from the minidump, as WinDbg couldn’t open them on my PC. PC specifications: Intel Core i7-12700K (non-OC), MSI MPG Z690, carbon WiFi CPU, Corsair iCUE H100i ELITE LCD, MSI 3080 Ti GAMING X TRIO (non-OC), RAM Corsair -DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB 32GB 5600MHz DDR5 (non-OC), FOCUS GX-850 850W PSU.
