Speedtest.net provides its data. GOG and Epic use different download technologies. There might be a Steam-related concern, or an issue with Windows 11. I recommend checking the drivers and updating your system.

Are you sure which type of cable or fiber you have? There may be variations between them. Does the router support Wi-Fi? If yes, you can test download speeds on your mobile device to determine if the problem lies with your computer.

Speed test shows 72.69mbps download and 81mbps upload. Actual performance is about 10MB/s, matching Steam. The main issue appears in the web browser while the shift tab is active.
