Your system appears to be in good shape with the latest updates and clean setup. That usually means it should run smoothly on Windows 11 Pro 22H2.

You manage numerous tasks at once. Try a straightforward method by choosing the game mode in settings, then reopen this window view to check what’s disabled. Game mode stays active constantly, halting unnecessary background processes and apps. This isn’t a problem—when you need something, it will automatically start it when required.

You should process startup tasks one by one. Turn off anything unnecessary at boot. I’m only keeping Windows Security active; everything else is disabled. For a clear picture of memory usage by Windows 11, avoid running apps like Snip & Sketch—they’re not system processes. Disable all such applications and check the system memory stats. Also, Microsoft Edge may be part of the browser suite but still consumes memory. Turn it off completely to see the actual OS utilization.

I'm also using Express VPN and Google Chrome to stream YouTube. The VPN is necessary because I live in Southern China. Currently, 17 tabs are open, consuming about 1GB of my memory, and the VPN adds roughly 100MB more.

Apologies, it seems you're focusing on the system settings and four files together. They're only 25MB in total. It's unclear what you're trying to achieve with this thread about Windows 11 usage. I'm here to help clarify anything you need. As for grabbing coffee, that sounds like a good idea!

It makes sense to you. As mentioned in the discussion, Task Manager doesn’t display a clear breakdown of memory usage in the Details view. Unused space is effectively unused, which is good because Windows adjusts memory as needed. With 32GB of RAM and about 50% utilization, it’s working efficiently.
