Hello. My PC is working well, but my microphone has a problem—it cuts out when I speak loudly, turning into short sounds like "aaah-..." and then going quiet. It happens on the Windows voice recorder, Discord, and even in the Steelseries GG app. The mic is set as the correct one, drivers are updated, but I can't figure out why it behaves this way. Anyone have suggestions?

Remove noise reduction settings from the steel software and evaluate performance.

Just installed Windows 11, by the way. Also worried I might not have a Windows 10 machine nearby to test it. Thanks!

Recent update: My friend brought over his Elgato wave device—a 3-mic setup. It works clearly during tests and doesn’t drop out. It seems there’s a built-in feature or setting in the Arctis 5 headset that prevents me from disabling it. I’ll probably have to either get another mic like his or try something else. I’m noting this as my workaround, but anyone with tips on fixing the Arctis one would be appreciated.
