It clearly explains what's happening there. Your setup doesn't satisfy the strict Windows 11 criteria. The internal demos aren't enforcing the hardware requirements, which means you can try it on older systems if needed. You won't receive the final version, and as the warning states, you'll need to perform a clean install of Windows 10 afterward.
