Windows 11 performance issues with elevated CPU activity across multiple cores.
I don't understand how this happened. It's unclear what's happening. Windows 11 is currently slow. Task manager shows Core 0 at 100%, with seven other cores near 90% and the remaining around 30%. Total is about 60% while idle, and nothing else is running. The services using the most resources are the Antimalware service Executable at roughly 21% CPU, and the System Idle Process is around 93% CPU usage.
What are the details of your setup? It's not helpful to figure out why one processor isn't working with Windows.

Not responding to the main doorbell here. Running Windows 11 from the start without issues, CPU usage is normal. Until recently. Now it boots slowly and CPU hits 100% even when idle. Something seems wrong with the kernel. I'm seeing 41 errors in the system logs too.
1) Is the system experiencing performance issues?
2) What updates occurred prior to this situation? Windows Updates?
There are background Windows System Applications that handle updates and configuration, such as ASP.NET. Additional processes running without your awareness include Pagefile and Indexing. All tasks should be managed within your startup settings. If the PC is connected to a domain network with slow connectivity, you may encounter handshake loops or failure to locate the server.
We started with a complete full bios reset back to normal. For about two days I haven’t done anything except trying to figure out what caused the system to restart from Kernel-Power-41. I checked the BIOS settings to default and it worked then it changed again. It might have been TPM disabled during boot, so I re-enabled it afterward. I ran a Windows repair which fixed some bad drivers and files. The only thing that’s running high is the Antimalware service executable and the System Idle Process. Network checks passed but seems to be functioning well and quickly.
I don’t think there’s value in keeping it running for 24 hours XD Even after three hours with no restart.
