I receive the IP address for the printer straight from the device itself, and I’m certain it’s accurate since other devices can also connect to it.

Which router are you using? Does it include a feature for separating guest Wi-Fi from your main network?

It's a Netgear R6080, and you're not seeing any Wi-Fi isolation options available.

Check if it's connected to hardline or wifi, whether your issue uses a hardline setup, and if the connection type is private.

The setup is quite challenging, just like the device it supports. I can also link to a Wi-Fi network from my phone.

The addresses seem to belong to different networks. Checking the subnet mask via cmd will clarify which one you're using.

Yes, you're using the correct IPv4 address format. The mask of 255.255.255.0 confirms it's a local network IP.

It doesn't function properly. Could your network setup look like this? Or is the Netgear R6080 managed by your ISP and you have just one router?

It seems you were confusing the setup, but your drawing is correct. The change from using the router to the modem resolved the problem. I was connected straight to the modem instead of the router.
