Hi, I have my PC with those specifications—RTX3060, AMD Ryzen 5 3600x and 32GB RAM. I’m trying to upgrade to Windows 11 and have checked all the BIOS settings, including disabling CSM and switching UEFI to Legacy mode. Still, it won’t boot into Windows 11 after those changes. I’ve looked at advice from forums, but I’m really worried since Windows 10 ended support in October. Could you help me resolve this so I can upgrade smoothly?

For an upgrade rather than a full installation, it’s likely your boot device uses MBR and needs GPT formatting. You can convert an MBR drive to GPT with the built-in Windows command mbr2gpt.exe. Running this from the command prompt during a Windows installation USB setup is straightforward, especially with tools like the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool. You can also test it on your running system, which works well. After conversion, turn off CSM for better compatibility and enable Secure Boot.
