I was really taken aback by how smoothly Windows 11 handled gaming. I had two setups: one with Asus ROG STRIX Z590-F and another with ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 3070 OC Edition. When I first installed Windows 10 Pro, my graphics card stayed cool at around 76°C during intense sessions. Switching to a quieter profile didn’t seem to affect performance much. But under Windows 11, even with the same game settings, my GPU temperature dropped to a comfortable 66°C—about 10 degrees lower. The biggest change was skipping some ASUS utilities in Windows 11; I kept using Asus GPU Tweak. My screen tearing disappeared completely. Since my monitor isn’t G-Sync and I only used V-Sync before, this improvement is impressive. I’m surprised by the performance boost and the quiet operation now. I wasn’t planning to install any new cooling solutions or upgrade hardware, but the results are definitely worth noting. Maybe it’s time for a comparison between Windows 10 and 11 with the same games?

I'll watch it later, but that feels like a beta release and outdated.

For me it's a major improvement. I see 2 major improvements with Windows 11 gaming for me. Lower GPU temp (less fan noise) and no screen tearing. These are real life experiences that I can see. Little differences in the performances and all those charts are not important to me and are not things that affect me.
