I turned it off. The problem persists even with an external mouse. It might be related to the keyboard keys not working properly. It seems like a hardware issue.

I verified it in safe mode. The same auto-scrolling problem persists. Is this a driver-related issue or a keyboard concern?

Hello, I discovered a permanent fix for the problem I was facing. I installed the keytweak app and turned off the Page Up and Page Down buttons. It worked perfectly. Thanks for your help. Enjoy browsing!😊
