Hello everyone, welcome to the forum. It's nice to be here. I'm just starting with Windows 11 and recently upgraded my PC. My setup looks like this: MSI MPG 670E Carbon Wifi Motherboard, G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB Series 96GB, AMD Ryzen 7700X, MSI 4070 Trio X, Windows 11 (fully updated), main monitor LG 4k 32in, 550-WAJP. The strange problem is that when my main screen wakes from sleep, the display shrinks and then restores to normal. I've attached a video showing what happens, though it's not my own. This issue didn't occur on Windows 10 with the same monitor. Any thoughts? 2vXA4yV.mp4

Thank you for the reply. I never had this issue with WIndows 10, Only Windows 11. All my monitors have all power saving turned off. I even double checked after your reply. However, when searching for this issue, i never used the word animation. Thank you for your input, this helped narrow down a solution. It seems this is a feature of Windows 11. It is a visual animation for wonitor wakeup or something like that. If anyone would like to turn this off, it is called "visual animation" under accessibility. However doing this will turn off all animations. Here is a link describing it. https://superuser.com/questions/1734496/...of-screens also https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disab...windows-11 Thank you gain for your help.
