Hello! Sure, here you go. After purchasing the system on the DDR5 platform, I notice a 1-second microlag immediately after startup in Windows. This delay seems to occur only with the DDR5 memory. The specs I have are: Core i7 14700K, Patriot Viper memory 2x24, Gigabyte Aorus Elite X WiFi 7, and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

Hey there,
Is this lag always happening or does it only last for a short time before disappearing?
It might just be because the CPU usage increases when it starts loading your programs. You could disable startup programs so only essential ones run, which might help.
Are all your system drivers and BIOS updated? With your 14700kf processor having some problems, making sure you have the latest BIOS could fix the CPU issues.

Hi, microfreeze for one second. I'm experiencing this lag on my new platform with Core Ultra 7 265K, using an AMD system with Ryzen 7 7700X. The issue disappeared when I used Core i7 14700K and DDR4 memory. P.s., I did a full reinstall of Windows and switched to a DDR5 setup.

And then it halts? If it's only a single freeze and then it functions again, I wouldn't be overly concerned.

Is there a delay following power-on, yet before Windows begins?
If yes, it might be the motherboard adjusting a RAM configuration it dislikes.
After that, review which applications are loading at startup.
Task manager displays a section showing tasks that started automatically.
Most can be postponed until they are required.

This microfreeze for the logo startup "welcome" seems related to the DDR5 issue. The RAM appears to be faulty, and another problem occurs when the PC enters sleep mode after exiting; the mouse becomes extremely sluggish.

I used three processors, eight memory kits, a six-board motherboard, but nobody can function properly due to the bad memory issue.
