Windows 11 issues with Explorer not launching properly disrupts the desktop experience.
I’d really appreciate additional perspectives or suggestions on this issue. At first, when I upgraded to Windows 11, I encountered a specific problem where the taskbar at the bottom would disappear every time I booted up, and Explorer functionality would fail. I usually resolved it by using Task Manager to restart the file. This annoyed me enough to revert back to Windows 10 and wait for a fix. Today, Windows pushed an update, but the same issue resurfaced—restarting Explorer didn’t seem to help. I’ve restarted everything from the file to my PC, even cleared the cache, but haven’t found a solution. Any advice would be greatly valued.
