Hi, I attempted to link a monitor via VGA to a displayport adapter using a VGA cable. Everything seems to work, but I can't see any apps. They appear on the taskbar yet remain stuck in a minimized state. I can't reach settings or the command prompt. When I try to run anything as administrator, the screen darkens but the prompt stays hidden—just doesn't show up. The only app that works is the Battlestate Games launcher (or Tarkov launcher). Running the game brings it back to the same issue. Both monitors have the same problem. Help needed. P.S. I've attached a video showing what it looks like if you need clarification. (I tried uploading 20230829_134902.mp4)

It seems like you're wondering if your system thinks there are two screens... so maybe try using an app on the other monitor.

Support @mMontana, your system might interpret a second display. Press Windows + Shift + ArrowKeys while the window is active to relocate another monitor.
