The issue is serious and I'm not making a joke.

I understand, though unfortunately it won't be of any use anymore. I've committed myself, and returning to version 10 seems like a final decision at this stage.

It's too early to be switching to 11, your motherboard doesn't have proper stable drivers for the OS yet from what it looks like. It may be a small change from 10 but theres still differences under the hood and its obviously showing not to mention the OS has only just released. Other than reinstalling your drivers again theres nothing else really that can be done at this point I think. That or wait for future windows updates that may fix these issues if you really don't want to roll back.

Confirm if you performed a fresh installation or an upgrade. I've used a B550-i/5800x and upgraded just to test. After six days, everything is working perfectly. Updated chipset and Nvidia drivers are current. If you're facing problems, consider a clean install. This applies to any operating system.

AMD currently has a recognized problem with fTPM when it's turned on. Consider disabling it after installation.

I performed a fresh installation from an ISO file onto my USB drive. I also retained the files away from my previous hard drive, in case it matters.

It looks like your BIOS is still using an older version (1401) while the latest available is 2423 on ASUS. Flashing to the newer version is generally safe if you have a good reason, but it’s wise to back up your data first. Consider whether the update fixes known issues or improves performance before proceeding.

You should consider refreshing it.
