new bug appears without any clear cause. no details found about it. 165hz monitor. when I open Handbrake, my screen drops to 30hz for a few seconds and brightness flickers slightly before returning to 165hz. Focusing out of the window fixes it instantly; tabbing back makes it go back to 30hz for five seconds. Same happens with Telegram only when I click to view a larger image. Note: I just recorded the issue, but the frame rate drop isn’t visible in the recording! Uncertain what this means.

This might relate to Windows 11 or a handbrake compatibility issue. Do you have both current versions?

the current situation is unclear, but similar issues appear with Telegram too. So far, only Telegram and HandBrake seem to trigger this problem. If I discover more software that causes it, it could help narrow down the cause.

Sometimes referred to as "dash current," this indicates the latest update. Both Telegram and Handbrake may encounter the same issue, as they share comparable development approaches.

It resolved on its own after roughly a week. I believe it wasn’t caused by any action from me. If this occurs with you, the positive side is it’s likely a simple software issue.
