I upgraded successfully after confirming the requirements. I reset the PC using the cloud install method, and everything completed. The Profile Service notification appeared, but I followed the tutorials and entered safe boot without success—it took a long time and the setup was confusing. My files remain intact in Safe Boot. What options do you have now?

Yes, you can relocate your files to an external drive or another device and perform a clean installation.

I completed that task, all required files have been transferred to my hard drive. I'll attempt a new installation then.

I attempted to set up Windows 11 by downloading the ISO and using Rufus for flashing, but encountered an issue.

Right now, I’ll try it again using two different USB pens if the initial attempt fails.
