I'm trying to stick with #10 for my project, but I'm worried Windows might block it. What's the expected end-of-life for #10 support and drivers? Are there any comparisons showing #11 outperforms #10 or upgrades from #10? I feel like change is as shocking as getting a diagnosis for multiple serious conditions at once.

Planned end of support is set for 2025, yet Microsoft often shifts direction when faced with strong public opposition. If enough people voice their concerns, it’s likely they’ll keep backing Windows 10 longer. After all, they’ve sustained XP for quite some time.

Use W10 until it fails; don’t rush to replace it. Windows 7 isn’t getting official support anymore, though some continue using it. It’s better not to exaggerate the issue. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
