At the system level, you can't bypass this step. Just download your drivers for the GPU, reinstall them after Windows setup, and if you have the original files, move them elsewhere.

It’s best to save everything you wish to keep by moving it to another drive or USB drive. Any new installation will erase what you have set up. You can back up the Appdata folder and then restore it later. Afterward, you’ll still need to reinstall your software, but your settings and data will remain intact without having to reconfigure everything.
