Someone else has also managed to install Windows 11 recently? I successfully did it on my laptop (Dell G3 3950) without any problems, though I experienced odd issues with my desktop (5800x/Aorus Wifi Elite x570/16GB). TPM and Secure Boot are both active. It’s unclear if there’s something missing or if Windows is behaving normally.

Navigate through c:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log to identify issues. MySql, Intel Support Assistant and PowerDVD are some programs reported to interfere with the upgrade. c:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setuperr.log tries to reduce data clutter but often doesn’t clarify the problem. Using msconfig to configure diagnostic startup typically resolves the matter, as it manages third-party services during the OOBE migration, unrelated to device drivers which were already migrated in the First Boot phase.
