I was saving several Windows ISO files and ran out of storage, which felt odd since I previously had over 100GB free. Using windstat revealed the issue was a file named NLMount01. Attempting to delete it didn’t work, so I tried removing files inside it—but stopped when I noticed it was part of a Windows installation. It warned me about deleting components that might not function properly, so I halted. Anyone knows what this file is or how to handle it? I don’t have any drives mounted.

Ensure all appdata/Local/Temp files are secure before deletion. Utilize Windows Disk Clean-up to erase temporary system files (select the 'Clean up system files' option).
