Curious if anyone can assist me. I’m running Windows 11 on a 1TB Sabrent Rocket M.2 Gen 3 with 300GB used. I made a clone using Acronis onto a new 500GB WD Black M.2 Gen 4 drive, and everything copied correctly. However, when I try to boot from the WD drive, the screen goes black and my cursor keeps appearing with a small thinking icon. I can reinstall Windows, which works perfectly. It’s not a major issue if I have to start over, but ideally I’d prefer not to.

Have you copied every partition from the te hold drive? Since it likely contains a GPT/UEFI boot partition.

Yes, aside from the fact that the primary section was reduced in size due to a smaller drive, everything was still duplicated. Both files are GPT.
