I tried putting Windows 11 on a USB stick but got an error code 0x8007025D. It's that exact drive I used to put Windows 10 on before. I cleaned it up and set it up again for Windows 11. Is the hard drive broken?

Where did you get the setup program? Did you make it using Microsoft's free tools?
