I’m looking for help with two mysterious devices listed in the "other" section of Device Manager. They seem to be linked to random crashes, and my PC Doctor confirmed that netio.sys is likely the cause. I have a screenshot and a PDF from the forum, but I’m not sure if they’ll be useful. My system is otherwise fine—temperatures are normal, hardware looks clean, and no other errors. Just these two devices, which might be fans or similar components. They could be the reason for the instability. Please let me know if you can help.
I forgot to attach this file, but now it’s ready! 😄
It’s interesting how I scanned the app with Virustotal before using it, only to find out it was already being scanned by that tool—lol.
I should be more confident in you guys.

It failed due to the rtwlanu.sys driver linked with the Realtek WiFi card. No visible WiFi adapter appears on your motherboard, suggesting the USB stick with a blue LED is the source. Since Realtek no longer provides direct drivers, you must obtain them from the manufacturer of the USB drive. If the issue persists after reinstalling, the hardware might be faulty. Newer routers supporting Wi-Fi 6 and 7 sometimes encounter compatibility problems, such as band steering or SSID merging, which can trigger BSODs. These settings may also conflict with certain network cards, making it tricky to disable them without adjusting SSIDs on specific devices. Likely, other configuration options could be the cause, but networking isn't your priority right now.
I understand, that makes sense. Which internal Wi-Fi card would you like to use? Also, did you recall any details while scanning?
