I observed in task manager that Windows 11 has reserved hardware: 8.1GB of your 16GB RAM, leaving only 7.9GB available. I attempted adjusting virtual memory, configuring MSconfig to use all memory at boot, and setting BIOS to default, but the reserved amount remains unchanged. How can I regain the full 8GB? The displayed total is 16.0GB, yet only 7.9GB is accessible, especially when multiple tabs are open in Chrome.
Check for an IGpu in your setup and turn it off via the BIOS settings.
Ryzen 5 2600 lacks an integrated graphics card. My graphics card is an 8GB RX570.
