The issue you're facing involves Windows 11 installation problems. When setting up the installation from the DVD, it restarts repeatedly and loops back to the same screen. After watching the video, it returns to the boot manager again without any user input. You're also unsure how to fix it once the system restarts. Consider checking for updates, ensuring your hardware supports the update, and trying a clean installation if possible.

Confirm your BIOS isn't in Legacy mode. Windows 11 doesn't support Legacy BIOS. Verify that Secure Boot is activated.

On my machine I own an Intel i5 9400F paired with a Nvidia GTX1050t, and I believe they work together. The motherboard confirms compatibility with Windows 11.

The only other thing I’m unsure about is whether Windows needs a monitor from 2004. It seems to be a square display but supports 1080p, around 1280x1024.

Did you discover a solution for this problem? I'm experiencing the same issue again.
