your hp elite book 840 g6 is now running windows 11, but your speakers and microphone aren’t connecting. the bluetooth headset is working perfectly, so the issue might be with that device or its pairing settings. check if the headset is properly connected and try using a different audio source to rule out interference.

It appears the software is listed in Device Manager. You might want to download the drivers from the HP website and install them yourself.

No entries found in the device manager, I attempted drp.su for drivers but got nothing about my audio driver... Windows isn't recognizing any connected audio devices.

The sound chip isn't showing up in Device Manager, which means the device might be disconnected or disabled in your UEFI settings. Verify that the setting is turned on and share a screenshot of Device Manager if needed.
