When i leave my PC on for over two hours and return, it freezes and stops responding, so i have to shut it down by pressing a button and then restart it. Some of the scans microsoft suggests didn’t show any improvement. I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong since this is getting frustrating. My system specs are: CPU – Intel Core i5-9600K, RAM – CORSAIR vengeance 8GB (2x), 2000MHz, GPU – MSI GeForce RTX 2060, PSU – Corsair RM650x, 2018 series SSD, Crusial MX500 (250GB). OS is Windows 11 Pro. Recently, I ran CrystalDiskInfo which estimated the SSD’s life at 30%, but I’m not sure if that affects performance. Also, it’s the drive where windows is installed.

I've experienced nearly identical issues, it really feels like a sudden shutdown when powering up from idle—like the display shutting down during sleep. No BSOD appears, and recovery seems limited to a hard reset. CPU model: Intel i9-10850K; Motherboard: MSI Mag Z490; RAM: Corsair Vengeance 4 x 8GB 3200Mhz; GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3080Ti; Power supply: Corsair RM850 (2021); SSD: 2 x Samsung 960 Evo 500 GB m.2; OS: Windows 11 Pro 22H2 Build 22621.1265. I also have three monitors, all at 1440p with Gsync—main display is ultrawide. Some online reports suggest Windows 11 crashes on ultrawide setups, but no fixes seem available. I've tried updating drivers multiple times without improvement, attempted a clean reinstall via DDU, but faced unexpected behavior from the utility. For a while, turning off monitors or using only the ultrawide helped avoid crashes, though I still encountered several failures when switching displays. The latest incident involved my second and third monitors resetting after sleep, freezing right after activating the ultrawide.
