whenever i attempt to add a Microsoft account in windows, it displays "you'll need the internet for this." i was trying to use the Windows Insider program to obtain the 22h2 update from 21h2. i followed the online steps to resolve the issue, but they didn't work. after that, i reset the tcp/ip using cmd, and it showed this (yes, i restarted the computer).
