I have two Windows 11 Pro desktops, but they won’t power on after being put to sleep. I can’t wake them with the mouse or keyboard—they only turn on when I press the power button. The screen stays black, and the LED lights up. When I try (Shift+Ctrl+Win key + B), nothing happens. I have to keep pressing the power button to restart. It’s frustrating because I don’t understand what’s going wrong.

We can obtain more information about these devices. Current BIOS versions are available. Windows 11 was installed at a specific point in time. Whether an upgrade or clean installation was performed is noted. The timeline of the problem began when? Detailed hardware specifications have been provided.

Turn off the quick launch. It seems it doesn’t work for me, though I need to press the power button to activate it. It takes about a second plus a few more for the display to appear... (same with my laptop)

Is your display in standby mode? I’m not certain, but I understand it should switch automatically—could you confirm with the indicator light?

your screen in standby shows an orange LED when it wakes up or receives a signal, then changes to white before returning to sleep.

It seems the system isn't operating in "Modern Standby" (S0 Low Power Idle). You might want to turn it off. This setting can lead to problems when powering on. https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-disabl...n-standby/

I've tested it, it appears my usage drains power and prevents it from detecting the wake signal. I checked the Device Manager, confirmed it's set to USB to wake, and verified the mouse and keyboard are connected.
