I saw reports that Windows was finally resolved with all the problems fixed, no issues left (https://www.indiatoday.in/technology/new...2021-10-22). But honestly, I’m still grinding RDR2 with W10 at full settings—75 FPS is solid on a Ryzen 9 5900X, RTX 3080, and 32GB RAM. Smooth as silk in W11, though it varies a lot depending on the situation. In St Denis it’s around 60, while in the wild it’s 45–75, which is noticeable and bothersome. In DLCs, I usually hit 65–70, but never reach 75. I thought the gap was just a couple of points, but 15% or more isn’t okay. No matter how impressive it looks, I’ll go back to W10 after testing Control, Witcher AC Odyssey, and GTA V. I’ve already lost a few hours updating to 11 and might have to revert again soon because of Microsoft’s game issues.

There are no problems with AMD on Windows 11, possibly due to certain settings. Sorry to hear that.

The system runs smoothly on a 5950X with Windows 11. Is VBS active?

You might see "Enabled" after entering System Information, especially regarding Virtualization-Based Security.

I don't have real-time access to your system's status, so I can't check if the latest chipset drivers are installed. Please verify by checking your device manager or system settings.

I simply installed the AMD software installer and found five pending tasks: processor power management support, PCI device driver, GPIO driver, PSP driver, and SMBus driver.

Save the current drivers, remove them, then install the updated ones. Restart your device and check for changes.

After confirming everything was current, I kept facing FPS problems. I reached out to MS support, and after some troubleshooting, the independent agent transferred my case to an official MS Tech. They checked everything, confirmed it was in order, and suggested reverting to W10 while waiting a few months before trying again.
