The 3000G and 1950X are both Zen-based CPUs offering identical capabilities. Performance will be better on the 1950X compared to the 3000G under similar conditions. This was my main argument in my comment. Microsoft's decision to discontinue support for older models was abrupt, ignoring other factors. They have made a fair adjustment by updating CPU compatibility.
