I’m facing issues accessing my computer. The login process works fine on the screen, but once I try to log in, both displays go dark and the desktop fails to load. I’ve verified the BIOS, all drives read properly, the boot device is correct, and CPU/memory speeds are normal. Since the login is handled through Microsoft, I intend to switch to a different method right away.

It worked when using Windows 10. The update occurred about a month back and has been stable since then. Power went out once, but the BIOS appears normal, so it doesn’t seem like a hardware problem.

Visit your motherboard manufacturer's site, they usually provide instructions on preparing your BIOS for Windows 11, such as enabling TPM and secure boot. After that, attempt to install or boot the operating system.

I've set secure boot on with TPM, seem like the OS got damaged, I reinstalled Windows and it functions properly, but appreciate your assistance.
