Windows 11 doesn't enter sleep mode.
My Windows 11 doesn't enter sleep mode properly. Pressing the Sleep button in Start Menu still causes shutdowns. Lifting the lid or pressing the power button also results in immediate shutdown. This issue has persisted for roughly ten days. I've verified sleep is enabled in settings, restored default power plans, and adjusted advanced power settings. The system continues to shut down whether plugged in or in battery. Please assist me.
