You're facing a persistent issue installing Windows 11 on your new system. The error message indicates a problem loading required files, despite having a recognized SSD and various installation methods. You've already tried several approaches—using the Windows disc, USB installer, external drive, and even attempting to load drivers—but nothing resolved it. It seems there might be an underlying configuration or compatibility issue. I recommend double-checking your system settings, ensuring all drivers are up to date, and verifying that the SSD is properly seated and recognized. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to ASUS support for further assistance with this specific model.

Ensure your BIOS is current for this new system. The issue might stem from corrupted files on your USB drive while installing. Just re-download the Windows installer and reinsert it into a different USB device. Good luck!

Thanks, Sawa. Your BIOS has been updated and a new USB installer was made with the media tool. I’ve set up installers on an extra HDD inside an enclosure, two separate USB drives, and tested the Windows DVD. It still shows the 0x80070570 error on the DVD, but the HDD and USB reports 0X8007025D—“Windows can’t install required files.” I’ll note that TPM is enabled and Boot CSM is off. I’m not sure what to do next. Any other ideas?

this occurs following disk selection. if yes, attempt to install AHCI/raid drivers prior to choosing the drive—download and extract them, then place them in a separate folder on the installation USB.

A faulty board might be the reason. Is there another M2 port free on the device? Occasionally a bad slot can lead to various issues.

AHCI controllers are usually found inside the RAID driver set... especially for Intel. I've never encountered AMD before.

Thank you both. I gave the alternative M2 slot a shot and it worked fine. I also installed the OS on a SATA HDD to check for issues with my SSD. No problems found. Knowing a faulty board can cause trouble is helpful. Appreciate the advice about the driver pack—I’ll try that too. Looking forward to hearing positive updates soon!

Tested every recommendation (and thank you once more!), but nothing resolved the issue. Spent roughly an hour with ASUS support, trying various fixes like re-clearing the CMOS. The representative mentioned I have a faulty motherboard again—second time around. My choices are either switch to a different AM5 motherboard or move to the AM4 platform, as long as I can return the CPU and RAM. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

Appreciated the support from everyone. I ended up using a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX board. Initially faced issues installing Windows, but after enabling EXPO in BIOS everything worked smoothly.
