Windows 11 crashes with a black screen after attempting to enter BIOS.
Hey... I'm facing a tricky issue. After turning on fTPM on my AMD CPU and launching Windows 11, everything seemed fine. But some apps now ask for TPM and Secure Boot enabled. I adjusted the BIOS to use Secure Boot in standard mode and confirmed it was active. Still, whenever I try to enter BIOS, I get a black screen and have to restart. Once inside, both the mouse and keyboard turn off their lights, leaving only a dark screen. If I skip BIOS and just boot normally, Windows 11 works without problems. I've checked online but haven't found anyone with the same problem. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 5600X, Palit Gtx1060, 6GB DDR4, 16GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance 3200, Gigabyte X570, F36 BIOS. The issue started after enabling Secure Boot and TPM2.0, but the app still doesn't function properly. I'm really hoping someone can help me resolve this. Thanks a lot!
