Windows 11 continues to display a blue screen of death.
about two days ago I set up Windows 11 because I got a brand new PC and thought it would be a smart move. My system had an i3 10105f, an i7-5600X, 8GB RAM, dual-channel DDR4, ASRock H510M HVS R2.0 SSD, and ADATA S630. The first day everything ran smoothly, feeling very fast. But the next day I noticed blue screens and crashes. I checked everywhere but no one had an explanation. I looked inside and thought the SATA cable might have come loose (I also replaced it), but that didn’t fix it. Temperatures were normal, yet I still didn’t understand what was happening. After a blue screen, the PC would freeze on the ASRock Black BIOS menu for 10 to 15 minutes before becoming unresponsive. After about 20 minutes, Windows 11 would boot up again but then crash once more. Anyone know why this is happening? Also sorry about the screen issues. As the third day passed, the crashes kept getting worse.
Hi, sorry for the delayed reply. I only attempted runny/scanow and it detected some corrupt files that were later fixed. So far, I haven’t tried anything else since I couldn’t find similar issues in others. There’s a YouTube video showing it as a RAM problem, but this hasn’t happened before. Windows 10 worked perfectly without any issues.
I’d begin by making a fresh installation USB drive and restoring Windows 11.
