Hello Everyone, I'm facing an unusual Bluetooth problem on my laptop running Windows 11 Pro. After connecting my Sony WF-1000MX4 earbuds for a movie, they worked fine at first but stopped working once playback started. They vanish from the list of connected devices and reappear as disconnected when reconnected. I've tried several fixes: using the Troubleshooter, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, rolling back the Bluetooth driver, installing an older Realtek audio driver, skipping recent Windows updates, and running the SFC scan. None resolved the issue, and I'm really stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd prefer not to reset my PC unless it's truly necessary.

Thanks for your kind words. I didn’t realize the issue had arisen until now. I’ll borrow a USB BT dongle from a friend tomorrow. If it functions smoothly, I’ll continue using it.
