The KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR issue arises from a failed page-in operation using the pagefile. This usually points to faulty RAM or a defective system drive. Since you've ruled out RAM, the next likely culprit is the system drive or the pagefile if it's not on the system drive.

Otherwise, the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bugcheck is frequently linked to poor RAM or a failing system drive. A problematic system drive is also a strong possibility.

I would download Samsung Magician and perform full diagnostics on the 970 EVO. Check for available firmware or driver updates for that device.

I swapped the motherboard, which resolved the problem for roughly three months. But now fresh but comparable crashes are occurring again. Some display BSOD:
SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION

Have you verified the RAM using Memtest86 and assessed the SSD as advised? The UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION bugcheck usually points to RAM or system drive issues.
